ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Mr Tack’s Ltd and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.
Orders can be cancelled up to day of despatch, when a full refund will be credited. For online purchases the customer has the right to cancel an order up to fourteen days after receipt of goods. Where this right is exercised you will be refunded the full amount minus the price of the food and drink items which cannot be resold as well as carriage charges incurred. All goods must be returned in good condition. We aim to provide the refund within seven days on receipt of returned goods, less any charges as stated above, once the hamper has been returned. Notification of cancellation must be in writing – letter, email. Please see details below. Cost of return to be paid by the customer.

A full list of contents is given for each hamper. Photographic props such as glasses, plates, candles, Christmas stocking, flowers and fruit are not included, unless otherwise stated in the list of contents. Please see substitutions paragraph below

Delivery information and costs
UK mainland deliveries are calculated based on the contents of your basket. Delivery is only available within the UK. Please ensure correct and accurate delivery details are provided and that your recipient will be available on the date of delivery if you choose the signed for delivery option. If inaccurate details are provided Mr Tack’s Ltd will not be responsible for the cost of redirection or redelivery.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Mr Tack’s Ltd. If attempted delivery is not made within an acceptable time, then the customer may cancel the order. We suggest that this is over seven days for UK mainland.
These terms and conditions and all acts of Mr Tack’s Ltd., its Directors and employees shall be in the accordance of the laws of England. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and most debit cards. Please fill in your card number, expiry date and 3 or 4 digit security code. Maestro needs the start date.
Mr Tack’s Ltd does not disclose buyers or recipients information to third parties, without their prior permission. We do not telephone private customers unless we need information on their order.
We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and in order to create reports. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
The only cookies in use on our site are for Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps website owners understand how visitors engage with their website. Google Analytics customers can view a variety of reports about how visitors interact with their website so that they can improve it.

Reservation of Title
All goods remain the property of Mr Tack’s Ltd. until they have been paid for in full.
You can be confident when you enter 'My Account' with your email address and password, that all your information in the Checkout and Payment area will be fully encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer security technology. All data sent to our server and the data returned to you is encrypted to prevent unauthorized persons viewing your details. To view the security certificate click the Security badge at the bottom of the home page. Pages viewed in secure areas show https:// (s = secure) with a padlock icon.
Whilst we make every effort to supply items described in our detailed listings, in the event of supply difficulty, it may be necessary to substitute goods of an equal or higher value. Gifts containing Christmas items ordered during the rest of the year will automatically have these items substituted unless otherwise requested.
VAT and Duty
Mr Tack’s is not VAT registered therefore VAT is not charged on orders.
